is not following the rules of etiquette https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Etiquette/Etiquette_Guidelines#Unacceptable_behavior
and I canโt report him
Which user and where (here in the forum or on osm.org)?
Now that Iโve managed to mark it, I think itโs no longer necessary to leave the username visible for the sake of its privacy, so I edited it.
Instead, it would be greatly appreciated if you could report individual posts using the flag icon below each post. If you could then describe in detail at the bottom under โOtherโ what you think has not been complied with, this would be very helpful. As the posts were written in a foreign language for all global moderators, it would be very helpful to have an explanation. I would like to express my gratitude for your understanding.
This is my problem, I donโt see a flag.
Step 1: Click the three dots below a user post
Step 2: Click the flag icon
Then select โOtherโ in your language and describe the problem.
I tried, it doesnโt show me that.
@Firefishy / @Tordanik It appears that this is an issue with the forum software that I am not able to resolve. If you wouldnโt mind, could you possibly provide some information as to why this user is unable to report other posts? I was wondering if there might be a connection here with the forum userโs permissions? I must admit that I am not in a position to offer an explanation.
You can ask them to join the discussion.
Invite is sent.
Could you please go ahead and quote the explicit content posted by this user here and explain in detail what you consider to be a violation?
thank you @mcliquid
They are unable to flag posts because you locked them to the lowest possible trust level (0) 8 days ago. At the lowest trust level, some actions โ including flagging posts โ are not available to users.
Thank you! Then it was my action due to the numerous negative reports against the OP itself
I would also like to know that.

By the way, right now it does work, the flag.
I have removed the username for privacy.
Sometimes different views are held by different people and we still have to agree to disagree to work together, and sometimes the mere stating of an opposing view can be taken as a โblunt replyโ.
Hiding one side (or even both sides) of a discussion isnโt always the best way to deal with things. Rather than try and invoke third-party moderation, sometimes it helps for the โwronged personโ to just try and explain (either publicly or via private message in the forum) exactly what the perceived slight was. It may be that this was a meaning not meant at all, and the original poster can edit or clarify their post.
The problem is his tone.
