I am sorry that you feel offended. This was not my intention. I was under the impression that the post was written as a customer, rather than as a member of a community of volunteers.
Ironically, in real time I felt that using a tone of a request in the post, calling the community to join a mapping effort led by the author, could work better for you and your cause.
