Many new edits from the same user have been discovered, all of which should be considered vandalism and require immediate removal.

It looks like someone has reverted some of their older changes. If stronger action is needed email data@openstreetmap.org (OSM’s data working group) and explain the problem.
There is a Report this User link on the user’s profile where you can report them.
