This charging station is for anything that is powered / charged by USB and or us size socket.
It’s outdoor and publicly accessible at the local college.
amenity=device_charging_station is only proposed but seems fitting:

Mhh I would say it might depend on the surrounding area. If there is a bike stand nearby, the normal outlets could be used to charge a bike.
But with the amount of USB ports I would probably go for a device_charging_station Tag:amenity=device_charging_station - OpenStreetMap Wiki

I’m going to leave this up for further discussion, but I think I agree with device charging station as a tag.
Could also be Tag:power=outlet - OpenStreetMap Wiki .
Maybe adding https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:socket:* ?
Given that there’s multiple outlets here, I don’t think power=outlet would be appropriate to represent the whole charging station, but socket:*=* tags would indeed be helpful to include.
