How can i turn off the red spot

I cannot find anywhere to close it. Can anyone help me

You can also go to https://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-notes to find all the open Notes for your country.

If you just want them to be invisible, as @ManuelB701 said, on the right side of the osm.org website there is a checkbox you can click.
