How can I make the Bicentennial Pavilion in 3D?

Hello, I wanted to ask for help to make the Bicentennial Pavilion of the City of Córdoba in Argentina in OSM to represent it in 3D in F4map, but the result is always very bad.
In addition, I can’t find 3d modeling tutorials only for sketchup but I can’t buy it since I try to model everything from OSM codes.

its coordinates: -31.42794788603633, -64.18235955110013

Simple 3D tagging is not suited for such complex structures. Besides, I guess you don’t have permissions from the architect to use these documents?

copyright on buildings extends beyond the original drawings, it covers the design (building) as well.

Sorry I forgot to read the copyright of the photo

but, do you know how I can make complex structures in 3d?

you cannot do it in an elegant way with established methods. You could slice it in pieces and map them as building parts (duck)

There is the attempt to ad 3D models for complex buildings, but not really used yet. May be in OSM_go a bit.
