How can i export edited .osm file using a osm 3d tool

I am looking for a 3D osm based tool which can import an .osm xml file and allows editing. Edited content should be exportable preferable in .osm.

Please suggest a tool which could do the above mentioned tasks.

Everything dealing with displaying OSM data in 3D is collected at http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/3D_Development or discussed at http://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewforum.php?id=42

You should find some hints or programs there … if not: maybe there is nothing like you need, yet.
