I am looking for a solution to create my own categorised Points of Interest (POI) map. I want to be able to add POIs via a Telegram bot and possibly add location data. I also want the ability to search for POIs by province, city, and potentially within a specific radius using the bot.
I don’t know, but I remember that Zverik created something similar for Tallin (here). Maybe you could contact him for tips.
Is what you need just a kind of own database of POI’s that can be displayed on a map? Is that a public map or just you own map?
It looks to me that this has not much to do with OpenStreetMap although people might be able to help you here.
