How are the "Hidden Elements" displayed when editing the map?

I am new editing and it is my first message.

Editing the map, I see that there is no source that is badly located. I see it in the final map compiled, but I do not see it in the editor.

Below I see that it indicates “… hidden elements”. How can I see them to modify one of those elements ?. I search but no found info about this.

Maybe he is talking about iD online editor.
Just zoom in to see all elements. The editor hides some elements in higher zoom level to improve performance.
