Concerning the statement that “Busways are not meant to be used by motorists, pedestrians, or cyclists”, should this mean that a bus road which allows bicycles (for example the U of M Transitway) would not quality as highway=busway and would be better to tag this as highway=unclassified + access=no + bus=designated + bicycle=yes?
