Great Lakes missing on OSM.org on zoomlvl 5

Hi

Great Lakes in North America are missing on OSM standard map on zoom level 5: http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=5/46.149/-89.824

On zoom level >5 they show up.

It’s a design decision in that map style - see https://github.com/gravitystorm/openstreetmap-carto/issues/1604 for details, including the problems that rendering lakes at that zoom level might cause.
