Grab rails proposal: take 2

Hi all,

After a failed attempt to formalize tagging of grab rails, I’ve made a second draft on grab rails. I’ve addressed some critiques, such as what to do if there are a sink, shower and toilet in the same room all using grab rails and simplified this a bit: Proposal:Grab rails (take 2) - OpenStreetMap Wiki

One thing I dislike is that the meaning of grab_rails:left and grab_rail:right changes completely depending on what specific POI one is talking about.

But yeah, that is the problem of tagging left/right on a node (which is why ways are so nice).
