is this correct to retrieve all streets name by zip code?

May depend on whether the postal code (CAP) zones have been mapped. Seen some sub regions were done in Italy, but it’s far from complete.

edit: a turbo overpass for the area between Marche and Abruzzo the highlights where boundary=postal_code was mapped.
