Thanks to @StefanB there is new imagery available for Ljubljana now:

These are recent and future construction lines in the municipality of Ljubljana.
Newly planned construction can be nicely seen, eg south of cesta Andreja Bitenca where there are currently only meadows and farmland in OSM:
Mappers should make sure to only draw features once they are built, as there are no traces of any construction there in the 2022 orthophoto yet:
