Frage: GPS-Tracker für den I-Pod touch

Hello everyone,

im new to osm and trying to get geotracking/gps- apps to use with the ipod touch. I already checked the list in the wiki, but with most of those apps, when syncronising, i get the message “not compatible with ipod”. the only one which is working is the quite unprecise “instamapper gps tracker”. The hardware, if i got it right, is the same, so they should work, i assumed. Can anyone help me?

Das Ipod touch hat keinen GPS Empfänger soweit ich weiß

Hallo nochmal.

Laut Produktinfo hat der Ipod Touch schon GPS, auch die Tatsache, das mit instamapper Datensendung (aber eben ungenaue) möglich ist, lässt mich zu dem Schluss kommen, dass es irgendwie gehen müsste. Hat jemand eine Idee?

Ich kann mich auch nicht daran erinnern, dass der iPod Touch einen GPS-Empfänger eingebaut hätte, und konnte auch nichts auf der entsprechenden Seite bei Apple finden. http://www.apple.com/de/ipodtouch/specs.html
