Fishfarm business - how to tag?

I’m looking to add a fishfarm at Almondbank, near Perth, Scotland. The documentation (Tag:landuse=aquaculture - OpenStreetMap Wiki and Tag:aquaculture=fish - OpenStreetMap Wiki) seems to suggest tagging the areas where the actual water bodies are. What I’m looking for is something like a point that I can put in with the name of the fish farm, like you would for a shop for example, or something to cover the whole area of the fishfarm that I can then put the name of the fishfarm on. See OpenStreetMap. Site is named College Mill Fish Farm and was incorrectly tagged as a wastewater plant for some reason, which I’ve fixed as best I can based on the documentation, but it doesn’t really seem adequate to me.

would it qualify either as farmland or industrial area or man_made=works ?

I’ve added an area of land_use=industrial covering the whole fish farm, and left land_use=aquaculture and water=pond for the individual ponds I had already added. The documentation seems to say that land_use=aquaculture with water=pond is only for individual water bodies and hatchery tanks within the fish farm. And I’ve also got a point for their café in the one building located within the land_use=industrial area. Not entirely convinced overlapping land_use tags is the right approach, but it seems like the best fit according to the documentation.
