I am trying to find fire hydrants in Greece, which have the code 2922. Are they available?

2922 is the code of the fire hydrants in a shapefile as a point of interest if you download it from https://osm-internal.download.geofabrik.de//europe.html

That we know of. I doubt there is a dataset with every single one, much less one we could use.

That’s true, but there are still some data available that we can use, even if they’re not exhaustive. It’s something to start with and could give us a foundation to build on

FF in Greece here. The Fire Corps does have a dataset but it is not yet public. Meanwhile I have imported in OSM some hundreds of those that I have personally collected to be included in that dataset. What is your ultimate goal?

That will also depend on the license those datasets bear. When and if such import will be done, preferably first discuss it with the rest of the Greek community here in the forum.

not sure yet is for a project, we are going to use it as poi, are there any restrictions in using the data;

The OSM data is open, see Copyright and License | OpenStreetMap.
