Feature proposal - RFC - Markers subjects

Dear all,

Following a discussion last year about markers subject, particularly pipeline markers, this proposal intends to review the main solution discussed.

Using subject=* could disambiguate the underground or remote feature the marker refers to.

It is proposed to improve existing subject=* key and made a small replacement of utility=hydrant.

Hello all,

This proposal is two years old already and hadn’t be reviewed yet but usefully commented.
Comment and supplementary thinking encourage me to rework it a bit and change from subject=* to a new key, indication=* for the purpose.
