We have enabled the possibility to create new topics by email in this category.
This is part of an initial test to see if everything works as expected before opening this to more categories.
Note that (for now) you need to have Trust Level 2 (Member) or higher to create new topics by email.
You can create new topics by sending an email to site-feedback@community.openstreetmap.org
