Who knows how to import Dronedeploy material in OpenStreetMap?

Doesn’t anyone bring maps into the program to make drawing easier?
You don’t import drone images to osm.
But you can use JOSM to load your picture as a layer and draw new things and upload to osm.org.
Maybe you need a plugin to do this.
I was instructed to familiarize myself with the QGIS program.
Are professional people in the program present?
