Last week I had drawn a road in Irland close to cork (way no. 25489040)
It shows up in the edit-mode but doesn’t in the view-mode.
Does anyone know whats going on?

Which map? Osmarender or Mapnik?
Mapnik generates new tiles every week (Tuesdays or Wendnesdays).
Osmarender (=tiles@home or t@h) generates tiles on request. Either by changes made in a region or on demand. Open your region on http://www.informationfreeway.org/ at zoom-level 12. Hover the mouse over the desired region (a red frame should appear) and press “R” or hold the Ctrl-Key and leftclick. “OK” should appear in the upper left corner. Now it takes a few time (some houres till a day) until the new tiles are available.
Hi PHerision, i ment the map shown on www.openstreetmap.org.
but now is on, it just took the osm-server some days (3-4).

The default map on http://www.openstreetmap.org/ is from Mapnik. If you click on the blue plus-sign on the upper right corner you can switch to Osmarender-Maps. That’s why I was asking to which of them your question referred.
