Hi all,
Could some please advise which are the best practices for double solid lines turn restrictions? As examples I have this case 51.941486, 15.503311 where is incorrect routing. As no traffic sign in the area, is accepted to add a no_u_turn here? I know that restriction is implicit. Mapillary
Thank you,
Alexandra
Looking around, I see a painted arrow, a blue sign with a right arrow next to the traffic light, and the traffic light itself has a small green arrow. These are all indications to me (in addition to the line marking) that it’s only allowed to turn right. Instead of a no_u_turn
(which doesn’t make sense as the way is technically oneway), you may create an only_right_turn
at Node: 8694961793 | OpenStreetMap.
Oh, there is also the traffic light. Probably meant that, didn’t you?
I would probably move the slip lane up a bit, so it doesn’t share a node with the drive way, and then make one only_through for each direction. Without that, you can add a no_left_turn, no_u_turn from the southwest, and a no_left_turn from the northeast.
There is also Node: 7271344872 | OpenStreetMap, which should probably have an only_through towards Aleja Wojska Polskiego (or no_right_turn to allow bicycles to enter the cycleway to the south).
@Bolt033 I’ve taken the liberty to make the changes above. Additionally, I’ve added some curbs and fences that can be seen on Mapillary.
It will take some time (possibly a week or longer) until the routing is going to be updated.
Edit: OSRM has been updated
Hi there Jofban,
Sorry, I was off. Thank you very much for stepping in, I confirm the changes to be propagated on my side, too.
All the best,
Alexandra
