Disconnect shared node of area and intersection of ways in relation in iD

Hi,
is there an easy way to disconnect node of area from an intersection of ways that are in relation? Area is simple polygon with one closed way. And I want to disconnect only one node, not all nodes of area.

  • Select the area (or any way you want to disconnect, in general)
  • Hold Shift and select the node (both the area and the node are now selected)
  • Hit D on the keyboard (or right-click and select “disconnect” icon)
