Hello. I selected a map area for a Garmin map to be made for me. I received the confirmation email with the URL to verify the status of the map. It showed my place in the sequence, and the estimated delay. The message from the site eventually changed to: “This request could not be found in the queue. Most likely the map is already generated and you received another email containing the url where the map can be downloaded, or you should receive that email shortly.”
I did not, however, get the second email with the url for my map.
It was not spam filtered. I don’t think my system would block the email as it did not block the confirmatory email, which had the URL for the queue information.
Any ideas what happened to my map, or any process for me to request the url, other than trying over again from scratch?
