The OSM Foundation board took the following decisions during the 2024-02-29 meeting:
- Approved the proposed 2024 OSM Foundation budget.
- Approved the proposed layered spending policy.
- Decided to move the date of the 2024 General Meeting of the Foundation, and the board election, to 2024-10-19. Please note that this triggers the deadline for becoming an OSMF member that can be elected to the board to move to around 2024-04-22.
- Decided to appoint a board liaison for each OSMF Working Group. The liaison is not a full Working Group member but the point of contact for board and Working Groups and responsible for communication between groups. Draft minutes.
