Country, place and street names in English instead of local language

Country, place and street names are in local languages.
Is it possible to show all names in English?
(I can’t read Arabic or Cyrillic…)

And if so, how to achieve this? :confused:

I’ve installed my own mapserver running OpenStreetMap and OpenLayers 2.12

But It’s not clear how to use the OSM overlay labels on my own server.
I’ve downloaded and used ‘planet-latest.osm.pbf’ on my server.

Do I need to download another one or additional files?
