Would it be possible to create an “OSM Community” sub-forum for Kosovo? Discussion about things like naming conventions are currently happening on changeset discussions, but this isn’t easily “discoverable” to other mappers in the area. I don’t think that there will be a huge amount of traffic - maybe similar to what the Serbian Forum gets.
A new sub-forum would have the advantage of being “neutral ground” compared to the places that the different language communities currently use.
