Using the drink:* tags how would one tag a coffee shop that offers say cold brew - would this be drink:cold_brew=yes? There are already the tags drink:coffee and drink:espresso
I’d make sure you include “coffee” in there somewhere. Sooner or later someone’s going to try selling cold brewed tea.

Caffè shakerato and Caffè (del) Nonno are served cold.
I was thinking the same thing, though not sure if I should name space it ie drink:coffee:cold_brew, or use drink:cold_brew_coffee
