The Chippewa and Superior National Forests aren’t rendering on OSM. The underlying data seems fine in JOSM and other tools (like OsmAnd) seem to handle these just fine.

I don’t know what’s up but wanted to say that the JOSM validator didn’t complain about either relation.
The only thing I can think of is that the Chippewa National Forest relation should have leisure=nature_reserve, but that doesn’t explain the other ones.
I can’t find definitive documentation of this at the moment, but I seem to recall an inner polygon sharing nodes with an outer polygon not being handled well by some data consumers. Looks like these boundaries have some instances of this (example: inner & outer). Some data consumers handle this just fine (Here’s that location in OSM Americana for example), and it’s not flagged by the JOSM validator, so I’m not sure if sharing nodes like this is supposed to be valid or not.
