Hi everyone! I have been trying to edit some locations but the changeset size is exceeded (cause i forgot to upload after moving to the other country). I have no idea which nodes are from Portugal and which from Italy. Can someone help?

You are kind of stuck :-/
But in any case: save your edits as an osmChange file (there’s a button/link at the bottom of the upload panel on the left hand side).
Then: either a kind soul can upload the edits for you, or you can load the changes in to JOSM or Vespucci and then upload subsets of your changes (how many are there?).
Thank you, I saved the file and i hope to fix it back home. I have no idea how many subchanges are there but i added lots of buildings.
