Changeset is uploaded but routing is not done in OSRM

Changeset is uploaded on Thursday,1st May 2025, Road is created but routing is not done in OSRM whereas Routing is visible in Valhalla.

My endpoints are as below:

26.645945, 79.690532 # start
26.640781, 79.695465 # end

The routers refresh data at different frequencies, OSRM might only be a weekly refresh.

Earlier it was updated by 48 hours then why it took too much time now?
