How can I view my changeset comments if I don’t know what the changeset number is? I don’t see anything under My Messages, My Profile, My Settings?

To add to wowik’s answer, for the benefit of anyone else reading this - you can find your OSM userid in the XML of anything you’ve edited, so from a changeset such as https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/83415085 click one of the XML links at the bottom of the screen and you’ll see in your case

uid="1567411"

.

thx, I didn’t know about the neis-one tools, they look very helpful.

And, some users changed their username, but the userid remains the same.
