Is it normal to see 4 relations for BW1 ?

I could see only 2 relations and 2 ways (highway=busway) including the string “BW1” in ‘name’

Yes, the two relations are OK, half-ways: they are tagged as PTv2 (public_transport:version=2) and represent the 'aller' et 'retour' of the bus route. What’s missing: their ‘parent’ relation, the route_master relation.
