Can pinned messages be multilanguage?

Pinned message is only part of interface in Englih language on my desktop, other interface options are translated. It provides inconsistent experience as message is big and unable to hide.
Is there possibility to use translations there?
Should it be mandatory to translate pinned message in some languages before pinning?

Or should there be way to hide pinned message?

I believe some of that should be “yes”.

What we currently have is not a pinned message but a global notice which doesn’t have the ability to translate it or hide it.

A global pinned message is not localizable neither, they just have the same options as a regular message but not integrated with the translate plugin.
