Can I add locations from an official account.

I work at the Afghanistan Post Office, and I would like to publish the locations of post offices and other areas on OpenStreetMap through an official email address, without requiring verification.

I’m not sure what you’re asking, please clarify.

Do you want to use/create an “official” OSM account? And using that, add them to OSM yourself?

Or do you want to allow use of some list of addresses on some official website of your post offices? In accordance with the copyright and license of OSM?
