In the popup that appears when flagging :triangular_flag_on_post: (reporting) a post, the link to the community guidelines is broken.

Can confirm. In the popup to flag this post, the link leads to the following URL:

https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/broken-links-to-the-community-guidelines-when-flagging-a-post/%%7Bbase_path%7D/guidelines

It should be an absolute URL (not relative to the current post) and the base_path placeholder should be replaced with something.

The correct link is: https://community.openstreetmap.org/guidelines

I’m not sure if this is a text we have configured locally or if that’s an upstream issue.
