Broken links to map notes

Hi,

For a few map notes, the URLs of the form https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/<note_number> are broken.

Notes 3078097 and 2194768 are listed here but clicking on the links gives me an error.

• What’s the reason for this?
• Can it be repaired?
• If not, is there a way to close the notes in question?

The reason my be the users (notifiers) doesn’t exist any more:
patata_28 and 35y776

maybe @pitscheplatsch (Pascal Neis) can fix this issue.

Thanks. The same works in JOSM. I’ve just closed the notes that bothered me.
