Die Note wurde gelöscht, daher weiß ich nicht, um was es geht.
Zumindest in Deutschland ist mir bei den Notes bisher kein Spam aufgefallen.
OK, wir haben offenbar eine Art Moderation für Spam.

Please, don’t use Google translate. I had to read it twice to understand it.
I check every now and again for things like http://api.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/notes/search?q=test&closed=0 . Spammers are surprisingly consistent in their use of language
