In normally (in Turkey), Bing, Esri and other satellites updates maps every december 8th on every year but this year, Bing is not updated in OSM for Turkey but Esri was updated? What is problem of Bing?
Note that Bing is Microsoft-provided service (and we are thankful for it!). We have no great insight on what is going on, and no control over their update schedule.
