Binary numbers on OSM logo could be changed to have a real meaning

I’ve long had trouble with the extra bits in the SVG file, which made it tricky to work with (e.g. this post from 2020). I think it’s fantastic to clean those bits up! :slightly_smiling_face::+1:

While the nerd in me likes having proper binary, i never bothered to try to decode it.
(although the osm non-binary logo doesn’t use binary code :wink:).

However when I open the final image (v8) from the Github, it looks different in Inkscape compared to Firefox. In Inkscape, some of the numbers are not visible. Is that a layering issue?
