Assistance Finding a Map to export

I am trying to find the below link map that was done in openstreetmap, but I am having issues finding it within the system. Is this map just done privately and can’t be seen within openstreeetmap and exported out? Just need some guidance.

As you can see the map is done in openstreetmap, I am needing to find an exported version of this exact map from openstreetmap.

I don’t see where they say that, only that some of the data (likely admin areas) uses OSM data, like among other data sources.

You’ll have to ask the people who created it nicely for that. Perhaps start by contacting the people who created the website?
