Are there any plans for ssl for geocoding, and tiles data for open street maps?

Not as far as I know. At least, not provided by openstreetmap.org anyway.

You could set up your own server for SSL tiles and geocoding if you want.

Or you could contact one of the companies listed here: Commercial OSM Software and Services. They may be able to provide an SSL server (for a fee).
