My last edit was 4 months ago, but I just got 10+ email notifications about someone closing the same changeset (#158237596) over and over. Is this an error? Resolved note #4634035 says I created the note 10 hours ago, but I didn’t. (This also happened several weeks ago with another user closing notes from that same changeset even though I haven’t touched it in 4 months.)
Closed changesets can’t be reopened and there are no notifications associated with changeset opening and closing to start with. Best action would be to provide us with a screenshot or the text of the notifications.
It was me who closed those notes. All these notes were indeed created about 10 hours ago. When I went to investigate I noticed that all of those bus stops were already removed so I closed the notes and recommended that you update your maps.
I can see that you indeed deleted the bus route relation in this changeset (Although you did not delete the bus stops itself there).
I am unsure what you mean by getting notifications about someone closing that changeset. No clue why your app suddenly created those notes either. I am unfamiliar with editing or creating notes through Organicmaps.

Do you know what could be causing these notes to be opened? I didn’t create those notes 10 hours ago and I have no idea why OSM would be saying that I did.
Yeah, it’s really odd! I very much did not create anything 10 hours ago. 
Another note from 15 days ago that I also didn’t create but OSM says I did: Note: 4614298 | OpenStreetMap
Both notes are from Organic Maps. Do you use that app or did you in the past? Or could anyone else use it with your OSM account? Might it have been closed at some time in the past with unfinished notes?
The changeset seems to be a different thing from the notes, unrelated to Organic Maps. As the others have mentioned, it would be useful to clarify what kind of notification you are referring to.

Sorry, I’m probably not using terms correctly. Yes, I use Organic Maps, and no, no one else would have used my account.
I thought it might’ve been old notes too, but do you know why it would say “created 10 hours ago”? I don’t understand why that would happen. Is it something to do with the interaction with Organic Maps?
OrganicMaps can work fully offline.
It might be that due to some kind of “weird” circumstances you opened notes or added a comment which couldn’t be uploaded at the moment. And was uploaded much later when getting „unstuck“, maybe even as duplicate.
