oh, then I had misunderstood your words where you named your choice to let Panamá organize this November meeting, as a chance to get the community back together.
I do not consider the few local Panamanian mappers I support a “community” and I’m sure they have no intention to organize nor participate to any meeting. (but this goes beyond the scope of the 6th regional meeting).
