Wrong (inverted) coastline with images from http://garmin.na1400.info/

Hi,

I just downloaded some maps from http://garmin.na1400.info/routable.php onto my Garmin eTrex Venture Cx and found a rendering problem (but don’t know which tool that website uses to convert the maps into garmin format).

When I zoom in into the coastline of Dubai (United Arabian Emirates) from a particular scale the sea is drawn inverted, i.e. the sea is painted like sand dessert, while the palm islands are painted in blue like water.

Bug in Software or bug in map vector data?

So Lambertus is already using the --generate-sea option ?

If yes, this it not yet working perfectly…
