I updated this area https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=16/60.6598/5.0845 recently, but the woods never seem to show on the map. What’s going on?

Try forcing a fresh cache reload in your browser by refreshing with ctrl + F5 (sometimes shift + ctrl + F5) or delete your cache manually.

Yes, the nearby area should also contain woods, but do not. If you go into edit menu, you will see the woods.

I see. There were multiple multipolygons not closed correctly (intersecting or members missing). I closed them accordingly and they should render momentarily.
