[Windows] Dynamic map from pictures' EXIF?

Hello,

I’d like to get a dynamic OSM-based map on my computer based on the EXIF data in the pictures from a given path on the hard drive. Each pin would display a thumbnail à la Umap, and display the whole picture when double-clicked.

Besides digiKam, are there other open-source apps I should look at?

Thank you.

Edit: Apps like Gps Track Editor or JOSM display dynamic maps without bothering with installing a whole OSM server locally, so it looks possible to download the required tiles from the Net to display a map on a workstation.
