→ immer in der Hauptlandessprache, also in DE in deutsch (steht auch so im Wiki - siehe folgender Link)
und bei ein paar Dingen schreibe ich nicht nur deutsch, sondern noch “das Gleiche” in englisch in description:en=* .
Letzteres kommt bei mir darauf an, ob ich denke das z.B. Touristen diesen Text wahrscheinlich lesen werden …

from these, name and inscription are simply what can be found on the ground.
‘‘Note’’ and ‘‘description’’ are tags created/invented by the mapper, so for me these should ideally be in English. To add content in other languages, I use e.g. “note:de” or “description:de” to make it clear that the content is not in English.
