Why are the districts of the WEST COAST division, gambia not present?

Hi and welcome to OSM

Looks like nobody has entered them into OSM-Database: OSM-Boundaries

If you can provide a legal source for these borders I’m sure somebody will be happy to help importing them into OSM.

I found some promising shapefiles at Gambia - Subnational Administrative Boundaries | Humanitarian Dataset | HDX but the licence isn’t compatible with OSM.
