Which tag is used for buildings built of conсrete wall panels?(images)

What is the best way to tagging that the buildings built of concrete wall panels?
It looks like this:

I found two tags, but both do not conform:
building:cladding=panel, was used 6 271 times. But experts explained to me that it designates the external cladding, and the panel house consists of panels and this is the material of the walls…

building:material=concrete, was used 72 127 times. Very popular and officially adopted, but the meaning is not specific. This tag can hide anything: a monolithic building, blocky, panels, etc. That is, he does not hide in himself specific information that the house consists of panels. Using the building tag: material = concrete, I always mean a panel or a block building, but I’m not sure that everyone also uses this tag the same way. I would also like to tagging panel and block buildings differently.

In Russia and the post-Soviet countries, almost every second building is paneled and very bad, that there is no special tag for referring to such buildings in OSM. Ideally, it would be nice to have something like building:material=panel, but such a tag does not occur. What can you offer?

After I wrote the above I decided to go looking if there was actually something better. It turns out building:architecture might be the way to go.

None of the styles given at http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:building:architecture is a precise match, but the page goes on to say that Wikipedia’s Category of Architectural Styles at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/en:Category:Architectural_styles and List of Architectural Styles at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/en:List_of_architectural_styles can be used as inspiration for further values.

I had a brief look through those and couldn’t see anything as ugly as the pictures you posted. Maybe if you take a closer look you can find a match. Or maybe you could find an architect to ask what that style is called.

Then again, it’s arguable that the architecture is brutalist (or something similar) but the fact that it’s made of blocks is a matter of its construction. I don’t think there’s currently a building:construction attribute, but maybe there should be.

If you don’t get an answer, I suggest building:architecture=fugly. And adding tourism=repellent because it;'s something tourists would want to avoid seeing.

Maybe you were joking, but thats depend on the kind of tourism you are thinking.
